Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of proven experience in executing successful online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage SEO/SEM strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to refine marketing strategies.

Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools.

Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.

Experience in content marketing and lead generation strategies.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with WordPress/Shopify websites.

Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic creatives.

Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot are a plus.
