Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand Codequery’s IT products and explain features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely updates on follow-ups and pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized client solutions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and product knowledge.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the IT or software industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and sell IT software solutions effectively.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, or custom software solutions is a plus.
