At Alkemy, we’re not selling courses — we’re building careers. We don’t hire managers to monitor teams. We hire sales leaders who build machines — people who can take a room full of average sales reps and turn them into closers. If you’re that person — gritty, hungry, analytical, and obsessed with results — you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Own •Lead Alkemy’s inside sales team for B2C upskilling programs. •Build a sales culture of accountability, skill, and speed. •Design scripts, refine objection-handling, and train reps to sell with confidence and psychology. •Track numbers daily — and hold people to them. •Work with marketing to tighten lead quality and campaign alignment. •Build systems that scale — not excuses when targets are missed. What You Must Bring • 5-7 years of hardcore inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or a high-ticket product. •You’ve led teams, hit impossible targets, and don’t crumble under pressure. •You can coach people — not through theory, but through real sales war stories. •Fluent in metrics: CAC, lead-to-sale %, call-to-conversion ratio — and how to improve them. •Fluent in motivation: you can push a rep to make one more call, even when they’re done for the day. •Relentless attitude — you take ownership, not permission. What You Get •Direct access to the Founder and leadership team — your performance is visible, your growth is fast. •Freedom to build your team your way — with results as the only KPI. •Competitive pay and uncapped performance incentives. •Opportunity to define Alkemy’s sales DNA as we scale across India. Do Not Apply If •You need to be managed daily. •You’re comfortable with “almost hit the target.” •You think training others is beneath you.
