•Lead Alkemy’s inside sales team for B2C upskilling programs.
•Build a sales culture of accountability, skill, and speed.
•Design scripts, refine objection-handling, and train reps to sell with confidence and psychology.
•Track numbers daily — and hold people to them.
•Work with marketing to tighten lead quality and campaign alignment.
•Build systems that scale — not excuses when targets are missed.
• 5-7 years of hardcore inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or a high-ticket product.
•You’ve led teams, hit impossible targets, and don’t crumble under pressure.
•You can coach people — not through theory, but through real sales war stories.
•Fluent in metrics: CAC, lead-to-sale %, call-to-conversion ratio — and how to improve them.
•Fluent in motivation: you can push a rep to make one more call, even when they’re done for the day.
•Relentless attitude — you take ownership, not permission.
•Direct access to the Founder and leadership team — your performance is visible, your growth is fast.
•Freedom to build your team your way — with results as the only KPI.
