Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager who specializes in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads and drive ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor and optimize ad performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword strategies. Track KPIs: CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPC, conversion rate, etc. Collaborate with design and content teams for creative ads. Manage ad budgets effectively and report performance weekly. Perform competitor ad analysis and campaign benchmarking. Setup conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Analytics, etc. Regularly generate reports using Looker Studio or Sheets. ✅ Requirements 1+ year of experience in paid media (Google + Meta Ads). Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics. Experience in managing ad spends ₹50K–₹2L+/month. Hands-on with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, GTM. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,745.54 - ₹30,415.55 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
