Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies in the highly competitive and fast-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a wide range of digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities

1.Strategy Development & Execution:


  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Leverage analytics and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming sector.

2.Performance Marketing:

  • Oversee PPC campaigns, paid social media ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and KPI targets.

3.Content & Social Media Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content tailored to the iGaming audience.
  • Manage social media platforms to build an engaged online community.


4.SEO & Website Management:

  • Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building.
  • Work with the web development team to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on digital platforms.


5.CRM & Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote offers, and re-engage inactive users.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization to improve email campaign performance.


6.Affiliate & Partnership Marketing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners to expand the company’s reach.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.


7.Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the iGaming or related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming trends, regulations, and customer behaviors.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
