Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years

  of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Proven experience in

  headhunting

  and working with

  multiple sourcing tools

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

  and meet deadlines.
• Experience recruiting for Middle East markets (added advantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing platforms such as

  LinkedIn, Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Google Search

  to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure strong alignment with client or internal requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and communication records systematically.
