About the Role:

We are seeking an Optics Application Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in optical engineering and hands-on experience in optical system design, especially in automotive, aerospace, or defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize optical systems to achieve required performance metrics.
• Work with laser systems, including beam shaping and focusing.
• Analyze and minimize optical aberrations.
• Collaborate with teams using 3D CAD tools for optical/mechanical integration.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physical/Optical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using Ansys Zemax Optics Studio or Speos.
• Strong knowledge of optical design for automotive camera sensors or optical imaging in aerospace/defense applications.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD design tools.
• Experience with optical system optimization and laser system design.
