Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Only TRAININGS' business goals and target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and industry-specific forums.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) that resonates with our audience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO, SMO, PPC, and performance marketing.
- Set up and run ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Drive lead generation strategies and boost brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage and facilitate discussions, user-generated content, and interactions to build a loyal and active community.
Brand Awareness and Growth:
- Increase Only TRAININGS' social media presence and follower base through strategic campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Advertising and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and special promotions.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting adjustments, and budget management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed to amplify our social media efforts.
Crisis Management:
Monitor social media channels for potential issues or negative feedback and respond appropriately to maintain Only TRAININGS' reputation.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech, Mass Communication & IT
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably within the B2B or technical sectors.
- Experience in the chemical industry or related technical fields is a plus.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies and platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to speak additional languages relevant to our global audience.
