Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms Monitor performance, adjust bids and budgets to improve CPA and ROAS Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness Analytics and Tools Utilize GTM, GA, Marketo, MoEngage, or similar tools to track and measure performance Provide insights through reports to guide marketing decisions Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Develop and implement CLM strategies for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention Segment audiences and automate targeted campaigns Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align marketing goals Collaborate on lead nurturing and funnel optimization Growth Strategy Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities Refine marketing strategies based on performance and business goals Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) Strong understanding of CLM and customer engagement Proficiency in tools like GTM, GA, Marketo, MoEngage, or similar Strong analytical and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certifications Experience with Clevertap, MoEngage, or Marketo Experience managing high-budget digital campaigns Show more Show less
