Job Summary

Maximus Events is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is highly execution-driven with strong expertise in managing and optimizing digital campaigns. The role demands hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, social media management, and analytics. This individual will be responsible for implementing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach, leads, and ROI.

·      Manage the company’s social media channels with consistent posting, audience engagement, and community management.

·      Coordinate email marketing campaigns including content scheduling, database segmentation, and performance tracking.

·      Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and website updates to improve search visibility.

·      Collaborate with design/content teams to create ad creatives, posts, reels, and performance-driven content.

·      Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards; prepare weekly/monthly reports.

·      Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-click (CPC) ratios.

·      Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and tools to enhance campaign execution.

·      Liaise with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.


Key Requirements

·      6–9 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in event management, experiential, or agency setup.

·      Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization techniques.

·      Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.

·      Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Marketo (preferred).

·      Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

·      Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Attention to detail with a focus on execution and performance outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.

·      Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar digital platforms.

·      Prior experience in executing digital campaigns for events or experiential marketing is an advantage.

Maximus Events is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for supporting the execution of digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, and SEO. The role requires a hands-on approach to campaign setup, content scheduling, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to the growth of the brand’s digital presence.


Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

·      Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and tracking on social media platforms.

·      Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website updates.
