Experience: 7–8 years (preferably from events, brand activations, or experiential marketing background)


Job Summary:

Maximus Events is looking for a strategic, imaginative, and experienced Conceptualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand experiences, event storytelling, and creative direction. This individual will be responsible for translating client briefs into impactful event concepts, building immersive experiences, and collaborating across departments to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Interpret client briefs to ideate and create innovative concepts for B2B and B2C events, conferences, MICE experiences, product launches, and brand activations.

·      Develop compelling storylines, thematic structures, and audience engagement strategies that align with brand values and campaign goals.

·      Prepare detailed concept notes, event flow, theme ideation, and presentation decks in coordination with design and content teams.

·      Collaborate closely with business development, design, production, and operations teams to translate concepts into executable formats.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions and client pitches; present creative ideas with confidence and clarity.

·      Stay ahead of industry trends in experiential marketing, design innovation, and audience engagement tactics.

·      Work within timelines and budgets to deliver high-impact creative solutions under tight deadlines.

·      Guide and mentor junior creative team members when required.


Key Requirements:

·      8–10 years of experience in event conceptualization, preferably in an agency, event management company, or experiential marketing setup.

·      Proven track record of conceptualizing mid-to-large-scale corporate and consumer events.

·      Excellent storytelling, visual thinking, and brand understanding.

·      Strong command over Microsoft PowerPoint and creative briefing tools.

·      Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      A proactive attitude, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of audience psychology.


Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field.

·      Exposure to MICE, IPs, and experiential technology-led events will be an advantage.

·      Strong presentation and pitch capabilities.
