Role and Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

  Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Content Creation:

  Support the team in developing creative and compelling content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website.

• Campaign Assistance:

  Help with the implementation and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).

• SEO Support:

  Assist with on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research and content optimization.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) and assist in generating reports.

• Website Maintenance:

  Support in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh content and information.

• Market Research:

  Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in a digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An immediate start is highly desirable.
