Role and Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends. Key responsibilities include: Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Content Creation: Support the team in developing creative and compelling content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website. Campaign Assistance: Help with the implementation and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). SEO Support: Assist with on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research and content optimization. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) and assist in generating reports. Website Maintenance: Support in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh content and information. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies. Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in a digital marketing role. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of SEO and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. A creative mindset with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
