Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating strategic plans, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth.

Job Description :
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, Email marketing, SEO, and Paid advertising.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns (PPC, display, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and leads.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth handover.
Research new digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies to improve marketing performance.
Maintain lead databases and ensure accurate reporting of lead generation activities.
Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
Create engaging content for social media platforms, including organic posts, paid ads, and stories.
Manage and Analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, and website traffic.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
Knowledge in such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator with Minimum 6 months Preferred is an Added Advantage
Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
