Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive to manage all search engine optimization activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and driving online visibility through both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. You should have a strong understanding of current SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy and identify growth opportunities Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for improved search engine performance Perform on-page optimization including internal linking, image optimization, and site speed enhancements Implement off-page SEO strategies including link building, guest blogging, and outreach Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, or duplicate content Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics and make data-driven decisions Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to improve rankings and visibility Assist in developing and executing local SEO strategies for location-based searches (if applicable) Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing Skills: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing Experience with e-commerce SEO or international SEO Basic knowledge of PPC or other digital marketing channels is a bonus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives or bonuses Health insurance and other standard company benefits Opportunities for training, certification, and professional growth Working Conditions: Standard office hours or remote work options (if applicable) Fast-paced and collaborative work environment
