Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to optimize strategy.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
Track and analyze performance metrics using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Generate reports and insights to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with digital marketing and advertising trends to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and community management.
Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
