Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator who can actively engage and convert potential students to enroll in our training programs. You will serve as a key liaison between the organization and students, ensuring a smooth enrollment and training experience. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person to explain training benefits, features, and career impact. Lead Conversion: Persuade and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by understanding their needs and offering suitable programs. Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions. Coordination: Schedule batches, trainers, venues (online/offline), and share joining formalities with students. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and student progress. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, and student engagement activities. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from students to improve training quality and experience. The role involves making 150+ outbound calls per day , engaging with potential customers, promoting products/services, and achieving lead generation or sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make 150+ outbound calls daily to leads/prospects from the provided database. Explain and promote the companys products/services in a clear and persuasive manner. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain detailed records of conversations, leads, and follow-up status using CRM tools. Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversion. Work closely with the sales or support teams for smooth coordination. Achieve assigned targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
