Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The role involves calling potential buyers/investors, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch real estate projects (residential & commercial).
  
• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
  
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
  
• Generate leads, follow up with interested clients, and maintain regular communication until closure.
  
• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  
• Maintain client databases, update daily call reports, and track lead progress in CRM.
  
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, and conversions.
  
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal communication & convincing ability.
  
• Knowledge of real estate market trends (preferred).
  
• Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused approach.
  
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  

Qualifications & Experience

:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
  
• 12 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling (Real Estate preferred).
  
• Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
