Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong communication skills and a quick learning ability, who can manage the complete cycle of training sales, candidate conversion, and placement activities. The role requires creating high-converting landing pages, generating leads, counseling and enrolling candidates, developing corporate relations, and presenting convincingly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Marketing

    • Create and manage landing pages and digital campaigns for lead capture.
    • Implement strategies to maximize inquiries and conversions.
    • Collaborate with marketing to track and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Candidate Conversion

    • Counsel prospective candidates and parents about training programs.
    • Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and relationship building.
    • Maintain candidate pipeline with regular follow-ups and personalized engagement.
  • Corporate Relations & Placement

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies for student placements.
    • Understand hiring requirements and align trained candidates accordingly.
    • Ensure continuous corporate engagement for long-term collaboration.
  • Presentations & Business Development

    • Deliver impactful presentations in webinars, seminars, and client meetings.
    • Confidently explain program value to students, parents, and corporate partners.
    • Represent the organization professionally in all external interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent

    oral & written communication skills

    with the ability to influence and convince.
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability to understand training programs, tools, and corporate needs.
  • Proven experience in

    sales, business development, education/training, or recruitment

    .
  • Ability to work on landing page/lead generation tools (basic technical understanding preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-building mindset.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of results.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in

    EdTech, training institutes, recruitment, or HR consulting

    .
  • Exposure to digital marketing/CRM tools.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, HR, or Business Administration.
