Role Overview

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
.
Manage daily lead generation campaigns and ensure
quality leads at the best CPL
.
Optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve ranking and organic traffic.
Regularly update website and property listings with new project information.
Create engaging social media posts, reels, and creatives to promote projects.
Coordinate
email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns
for customer engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
Assist the sales team with digital support for property promotions.
Conduct competitor research to adopt best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

24 years of experience in
digital marketing (real estate preferred)
.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
.
Familiarity with CRM tools & lead management systems.
Hands-on experience with design tools like
Canva, Photoshop
(basic level).
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Good communication and creative thinking ability.

Qualifications

Any Graduate.
Certification in
Digital Marketing / Google Ads / SEO
is an added advantage.
