Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Data Analyst to combine analytical expertise with digital marketing skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will collect, process, and interpret data from e-commerce, app, and social media platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve sales performance, and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from sales reports, social media platforms, e-commerce analytics, and ad campaigns. Interpret data to generate actionable insights for marketing, sales, and operational decisions. Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics to track performance, conversions, and ROI. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems. Present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management SEO: Perform keyword research, on-page and technical SEO improvements, and optimize web/app pages for organic traffic. Monitor performance via Google Search Console and Analytics. Google Ads – App Install Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns, optimize CPI and in-app actions, and monitor trends, budgets, and policy compliance. Google Ads – Shopping Campaigns: Set up and optimize Shopping Ads, manage product feeds and inventory, and improve ROAS and conversions. Meta Ads – Shopping Campaigns: Run catalog-based campaigns, manage creatives and audience targeting, optimize for conversions and reduce cost per sale. Meta Ads – WhatsApp Campaigns: Run Click-to-WhatsApp ads, optimize for high-quality enquiries, and analyze lead flow. Meta Ads – Lead Generation Campaigns: Set up lead forms, custom audiences, and CRM syncing while reducing CPL and improving lead quality. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Maintain brand consistency and monitor engagement metrics. Analytics Tools & Technical Expertise Proficient in GA4, Firebase, Play Console, Meta Analytics, and UTM setup. Strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). Ability to track e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and product performance. Stay updated with analytics and digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience with social media, e-commerce analytics, and digital ad campaigns. Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical teams. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
