Role Description

results-driven Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate high-quality inquiries, improve brand visibility, and support sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to generate

  qualified real estate leads

• Run and manage

  paid campaigns

  on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube
• Optimize campaign performance to reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve ROI
• Track, analyze, and report lead performance and campaign metrics regularly

Social Media Management

• Handle day-to-day management of

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags
• Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with ongoing projects and launches
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build brand credibility

Content Creation & Branding

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and site teams for project photos and videos
• Create compelling content for project promotions, walk-throughs, testimonials, and offers
• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital platforms

Website & Online Presence

• Coordinate updates for website content, landing pages, and lead forms
• Improve website traffic through SEO basics and content optimization
• Monitor Google Business Profile and online listings

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, reach, engagement, and conversions
• Suggest data-backed improvements to improve digital performance

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-ups
• Support marketing initiatives for new project launches and branding activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  Digital Marketing for Real Estate

  (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of

  Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads

• Experience in

  lead generation campaigns

  (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and landing page optimization
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate background is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with real estate leads, property campaigns, or builder floors
• Familiarity with Gurugram real estate market will be an added advantage
