Role Description:

The Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, online sales, and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic, creative, and analytical thinker who can manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimize digital channels, and oversee the performance of e-commerce platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and content marketing. A key part of the role involves optimizing user experience (UX) and conversion rates across online stores and digital touchpoints, leveraging analytics tools to monitor traffic, engagement, and ROI.

Working closely with cross-functional teams — such as product, design, sales, and operations — you will ensure that brand messaging remains consistent while driving targeted campaigns tailored to specific audiences and markets. The role also includes managing digital advertising budgets, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

As a leader in the digital marketing space, you will stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer behaviors. You will implement innovative strategies such as automation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing to strengthen the brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about using digital tools to deliver meaningful brand experiences and measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or related roles, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising systems.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar).
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom CMS) and optimizing online sales funnels.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data insights to drive marketing decisions and ROI improvements.
  • Creative and adaptive thinker who stays updated with digital trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce innovations.
