Role Description

As a Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of online marketing and e-commerce initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing digital channels—including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, marketplace platforms, and the company’s e-commerce site—to ensure strong brand presence and a seamless customer journey.

Your responsibilities include planning and launching data-driven marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, managing product listings, optimizing conversion funnels, and enhancing the overall online customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, operations, and creative to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with commercial objectives.

You will also analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, evaluate user behavior, and conduct A/B testing to identify opportunities for improvement. This role involves overseeing marketing calendars, coordinating agency partners, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. You will stay up to date with market trends, competitors, platform algorithms, and emerging digital tools to keep the e-commerce ecosystem competitive and innovative.

This position requires a combination of creativity, commercial acumen, and strong analytical capabilities, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and online customer behavior.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, ad platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and e-commerce management tools.
  • Ability to optimize conversion funnels, manage product listings, and enhance online merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and propose data-driven optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience developing content strategies and overseeing creative execution.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to balance deadlines, budgets, and multiple campaign workflows.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, promotions, and digital sales performance.
