Role Description

The Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance across digital and e-commerce platforms. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to enhance digital presence, improve customer acquisition and retention, and maximize return on marketing investment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, e-commerce operations, and omnichannel marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include managing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, email, and affiliate marketing. The Manager will oversee e-commerce site performance, product listings, and content optimization to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and web content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
