We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analysing marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs powered by automation, analytics, and technolog

    Execute end-to-end campaign execution across paid, owned and earned channels, including email, website and digital chann
  • els.Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows to support lead generation and lead nurtur
  • ing.Oversee email marketing campaigns, including setup, QA, deployment, and A/B and multivariate test
  • ing.Leverage data to evaluate, analyse and optimise campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels by tracking KPIs and identifying trends for future optimisation and improvements. Ability to recommend KPIs and measurement cross chann
  • els.Perform data segmentation to target the right audience and enhance customer journey experien
  • ces.Develop and conduct QA and Testing across campaigns to ensure flawless delivery and tracking of marketing initiati
  • ves.Collaborate with cross-functional and internal and external partners (design, content, sales, and product) to align campaign objectives and drive consistent messag
  • ing.Utilize Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools to automate, personalize, and measure campaign performa
  • nce.Provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates, conversion, and ROI across marketing chann
  • els.Ability to query data

  • have:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
  • field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or campaign opera
  • tions.Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot,
  • etc.).Strong understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign QA proc
  • esses.Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar
  • tools.Working knowledge of MarTech tools and campaign performance measurement techn
  • iques.Proficiency in web analytics (GA4, Adobe), excel and SQL for ana
  • lysis.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work in cross-functional environ
  • ments.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountab
  • ility.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
