About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising, content creation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics, and performance optimization. This role is perfect for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on — able to design campaigns, create compelling content, analyze performance, and drive measurable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.) and Google Ads. Create, oversee, and optimize content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and ads. Manage company’s online presence and brand voice across all digital platforms. Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM campaigns to drive organic traffic. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to produce high-quality content. Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively for maximum ROI. Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for leadership. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with focus on social media advertising and content creation. Strong knowledge of: Social Media Ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) SEO & SEM Email Marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
