Job Description

Digital Campaign Manager (Paid Ads & Marketing Automation)


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

    .
  • Manage ad budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
  • Conduct

    keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization

    .
  • Develop

    retargeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing campaigns

    .
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and algorithm updates.


Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Handle

    marketing automation platforms (HubSpot,/Zoho/Salesforce/Meritto/DocEngage etc.)

    for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Integrate CRM workflows with ad campaigns to ensure

    smooth lead flow, tracking, and attribution

    .
  • Build

    email drip campaigns, lead nurturing funnels, and remarketing workflows

    .
  • Ensure

    seamless CRM reporting and campaign data synchronization

    .


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance through

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and platform dashboards

    .
  • Create

    weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports

    with insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance to

    identify trends, optimize spend, and improve conversions

    .
  • Develop

    dashboards for real-time performance tracking

    for stakeholders.


Strategy & Coordination

  • Collaborate with

    creative, SEO, and content teams

    to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business objectives.
  • Research industry benchmarks and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the

    sales and business development teams

    to improve lead quality and closure rates.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in digital campaign management with hands-on execution of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    , and other paid ad platforms.
  • Proficiency in

    marketing automation tools & CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Meritto, Salesforce, etc.)

    .
  • Expertise in

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio)

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to

    translate data into actionable insights

    .
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / LinkedIn Ads certifications preferred.
