About the Role:


Healthcare Brand Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Management & Execution

  • Act as the

    brand custodian

    for the Healthcare vertical.
  • Execute branding, communication, and marketing activities as per leadership’s strategy.
  • Ensure the brand maintains its identity and messaging across digital, social, media, and offline platforms.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, creatives, and digital deliverables to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • Coordinate with healthcare stakeholders (hospitals, clinics, vendors, partners) for activations, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Team Coordination & Operations

  • Manage cross-functional teams including Design, Content, SEO, Social Media, Campaigns, Media Buying, Web Development, and Product Development.
  • Translate brand strategies into clear tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Guide and mentor team members, handle workflow bottlenecks, and resolve execution issues.
  • Maintain team discipline, accountability, and HR-related tracking such as attendance and performance.
  • Support in client communication and stakeholder interactions whenever required.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Track the progress of campaigns and projects against execution benchmarks.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to senior management.
  • Ensure KPIs for branding and execution are consistently achieved.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in

    brand management, digital marketing, or campaign execution

    (healthcare domain experience is preferred).
  • Strong ability to manage

    cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

    .
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage operations in a

    fast-paced, high-demand environment

    .
  • Fluent English speaking & writing skills (Mandatory & Non Negotiable)
