Role Description

SGVU is seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our on-site team in Jaipur. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in digital strategy, account management, and sales to support the university's growth directly. Unlike an agency role, you will focus exclusively on enhancing SGVU's online presence and driving admissions across our diverse programs. 

You will be the key point of contact for our internal stakeholders, developing and executing digital campaigns that directly impact enrollment and institutional reputation. This role is perfect for a strategist who excels at managing digital projects from conception to completion and is passionate about achieving measurable outcomes within the dynamic education sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to enhance the university’s brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and boost student admissions.
  • Account Management & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for university departments, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and providing strategic guidance to achieve their enrollment goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Recommend data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Project Leadership: Oversee multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery by coordinating with content writers, designers, and other internal teams.
  • Market Analysis & Sales: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Apply sales skills to drive enrollment and student engagement throughout the admissions funnel. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar client-facing digital marketing role.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing digital strategies across platforms such as social media, search engines, and email.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and campaign management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is a significant advantage.
