About The Opportunity

Operating in the Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising sector, this role sits within a fast-paced agency that builds ROI-driven paid media programs for B2C and B2B clients across e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise verticals. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, measurement frameworks, and client relationships to drive growth and sustained performance.

  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned digital accounts, owning day-to-day relationship management and SLA delivery.
  • Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social and display to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations—bids, audience segmentation, creative tests, and landing page recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports and present strategic insights using GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with media buying, creative, analytics and technical teams to execute tests, track pixels/UTMs and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to commercial growth by preparing proposals, scopes of work and budget forecasts with Sales/Finance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years managing client-facing digital accounts with responsibility for performance outcomes and campaign delivery.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager for paid search and social campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for measurement, attribution and dashboarding.
  • Strong campaign optimization capability: bidding strategies, audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to produce performance reports and translate data into prioritized recommendations.
  • Comfortable using CRM or project-management tools to track tasks, timelines and billing.

Preferred

  • Exposure to programmatic platforms (DV360 or equivalent).
  • Experience with e-commerce measurement (enhanced e‑commerce, UTM strategy, ROAS modeling).
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
