Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the zonal region.
  • Manage distribution networks, including dealerships, distributers, and retail customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee team handling, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning.
  • To strategize the positioning of the brand in the respective zone & accordingly plan branding interventions.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the branding activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20-25 years of experience in building materials industry with a focus on zonal sales or similar role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (Any specialization).
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievements in previous roles.
