Job Description

SUMMARY

Role Profile:

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Manager to oversee legal, litigation, and compliance matters for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will independently manage legal cases, contracts, negotiations, statutory compliance, commercial transactions, and corporate legal affairs.

Skills:

Proficient in handling recovery cases such as IBC, Section 138, Arbitration, Section 9 applications, etc.
Experience in intellectual property registrations including TM, Patent, Copyright, and IP Agreements such as licensing and Assignments.
Skilled in contract drafting for various types of agreements including SLA, BG, NDA, MOU, commercial contracts like Supply and Service, corporate contracts like JV Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Dealership Agreements, etc.
Knowledge of statutory compliance implementation and monitoring.
Familiarity with financial contracts like Loan Agreement, Facility Agreement, Security Agreements such as Pledge, Hypothecation, Mortgage, etc.
Experience in Buy side due diligence, Acquisitions, and Mergers will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Education Qualification needed LB/LLM
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
Industry experience in a similar domain, with a preference for experience in a complex group structure.
Law firm experience is preferred, but not solely from a partner level.
