Provide analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Develop and present actionable financial insights to support key business decisions. Business Partnering: Work alongside departmental head ensure financial alignment with business goals. Offer financial insights for business decisions, investments, and cost-saving opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex financial information into clear, concise business advice. Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Cost Management: Assist in cost management and efficiency improvements across the organization. Track and analyze expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and highlighting areas for potential savings. Decision Support: Support the business in making data-driven decisions by offering financial perspectives. Evaluate the financial viability of business projects, product launches, and expansion opportunities. Business Insights and Strategic Support: Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights into new business opportunities. Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Recommend business process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to support financial processes, from recruitment and staffing decisions to IT investments. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, for necessary financial compliance and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA is a plus). Proven experience (8-10 years) in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles, preferably within a corporate or dynamic environment. Strong understanding of financial principles, business strategy, and financial modeling. Proficient in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
