We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and solving complex infrastructure challenges. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our engineering operations—building CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and enabling rapid, reliable software delivery. If you love working with cutting-edge tools and collaborating across teams, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.
Primary Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools. • Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for performance, cost, and security. • Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability. • Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). • Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes. • Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.
Desired Experience/ Skills: • 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering. • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go. • Deep experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools. • Excellent communications and time management skills. • A committed team player.
Preferred: • Experience in high-availability, low-latency systems. • Exposure to DevSecOps and security automation. • Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms. • Certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.).
