The Desk Lead for Total Rewards will be required to design, operationalize, and manage the Total Rewards Desk from India. This lead will collaborate with stakeholders in global English-speaking countries (including the US, Canada, UK, ANZ, and India) to support the Shared Services organization. This role will lead strategy execution and operational delivery of compensation and benefits programs across multiple geographies. This role ensures alignment with NTT DATA’s global reward philosophy, compliance, and drives continuous improvement within a shared services model.
