Design Lead

What You’ll Own

Brand & Visual Identity

• Evolve and maintain Flo’s visual language across all touchpoints
• Ensure consistency across typography, colours, layouts, and overall brand expression
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to bring campaigns to life

Digital Design (Ads, Social, Website)

• Design high-impact creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and Instagram
• Build ad creatives optimised for clarity, conversion, and brand recall
• Create on-brand visuals for email, WhatsApp, and website sections
• Support growth initiatives with performance-focused design

UI/UX & Website Experience

• Lead UI/UX design for Shopify pages and new feature launches
• Improve PDPs, homepage sections, and navigation flows
• Ensure a clean, intuitive, mobile-first experience
• Work closely with developers for smooth implementation

Offline & Packaging Design

• Design print assets: brochures, in-store displays, hoardings, standees
• Refresh and maintain packaging for mattresses and accessories
• Ensure all physical touchpoints feel unmistakably Flo

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience across brand, digital, and UI/UX design
• A strong portfolio covering digital, offline, packaging, and UI/UX work
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to turn open-ended briefs into sharp, high-impact design
• Clear communication and collaborative working style

Bonus:

Experience designing for mass-market audiences, performance marketing creatives, or fast-paced D2C brands.
