you'll own visual craft across The Whole Truth - social, long-form content, campaigns, editorial, website, and offline assets. More importantly, you'll set the standard: what good looks like, what ambitious means here.

What we need:

Exceptional taste and execution across brand systems

Ability to make final creative calls with conviction - you know when somethings done and when it needs another pass

Track record of elevating team output through direction, critique, and collaboration

Comfort working directly with top leadership on strategic creative decisions

Fluency in both conceptual thinking and craft details

What you'll do:

Lead high-stakes design projects

Guide our creative team toward more ambitious, better-executed work

Make aesthetic judgment calls that leadership can trust completely

Build systematic approaches to maintaining visual excellence as we scale

Set quality bars and know how to hold them

What wont work:

Needing extensive art direction yourself

Treating this as a management role first, craft role second

Being precious about "your vision" over whats right for the brand
