Design Lead

Responsibilities:

 Leading a design team for designing customized biodegradable packaging’s

 Managing the design projects within the target pricing

 Ensuring the team’s FTE and improving them substantially

 Tracking and optimizing the process of die and mould making for production

 Working on simulations and packaging properties of the cushion material

 Developing analytical methods for packaging designs

 Conducting DFMEA, approving design from Cross Functional team and design release

 Working on SPM for different process

 Evaluating new ways of improving the production techniques and efficiency

 Performing the experiments for process optimization

Requirements –

 Good Knowledge of Solidworks 3D and 2D

 Good knowledge of packaging designs

 Good knowledge and hands on experience on simulation softwares

 Knowledge of GD&T will be added advantages

 Knowledge of Manufacturing process

 Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

 Motivation, initiative, communication and presentation skills, enjoy in emerging team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
