Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly targets for active joining's.
• Provide daily updates on Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
• Source potential candidates through field sourcing, networking, job portals, and referrals.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of candidates, maintaining active count for assigned clients.
• Screen incoming resumes and schedule daily lineups.
• Conduct first-level interviews/screenings (telephonic, video, or in-person).
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth selection and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and contribute to continuous recruitment process improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,313.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month
