Responsible for achieving the assigned target of 30 Onboardings on a monthly basis. Responsible for daily updates of Google Sheets, monthly projection reports and performance reports.• Source potential candidates from the various Job Portals as well as at your own database and connections. Should ensure onboarding and joining of candidates and maintaining active count in assigned clients on a monthly basis to track your performance report. Hiring and placement by crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes from your sourcing and align them for the line-up. 1st level interview/screening for candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) Data collection, creating a network and placement of candidates through the existing and new network.
