Vendor & Partner Management Executive

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor & Partner Management Executive to handle Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), manage onboarding and coordination of Skill Centers and NGOs, and ensure smooth mobilization for new batches. This role involves end-to-end management of candidate migration, batch migration, and community mobilization while building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Vendor, NGO & Skill Center Management:

o Handle and manage TPOs for new batches.

o Onboard new Skill Centers and NGO partners, ensuring proper documentation, training, and alignment with company objectives.

o Track and monitor partner performance, share feedback, and ensure compliance.

• Coordination & Communication:

o Act as a single point of contact between internal teams, vendors, NGOs, and Skill Centers.

o Coordinate batch allocation, scheduling, and operational requirements with all stakeholders.

o Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of operational issues.

• Candidate & Batch Migration:

o Oversee candidate migration and batch migration processes with minimal disruption.

o Maintain updated records, reconcile data with Skill Centers/NGOs, and ensure accuracy.

• Mobilization & Onboarding Support:

o Plan and execute mobilization campaigns in collaboration with NGOs and field teams.

o Support candidate onboarding, documentation, and readiness for training.

• Reporting & Compliance:

o Prepare MIS reports on mobilization progress, batch status, and partner performance.

o Ensure all onboarding processes for NGOs, Skill Centers, and candidates follow compliance guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,741.83 - ₹35,000.00 per month
