Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred. Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with extensive experience in managing e-commerce, dealer/distributor networks, and B2B sales. Strong experience in inventory management, production coordination, and sales forecasting. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and meet or exceed targets. Natural leader with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be conversant with English, Tamil, Hindi, and at least one other regional language. Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with export procedures and international quality standards is a significant advantage. Proficiency in Google Workspace and a working knowledge of task automation is preferable.
