Job Description

You will represent the company effectively by possessing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Your role will involve researching consumer needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs effectively. To achieve company objectives, you will need to engage in thorough planning, set sales goals, analyze performance data, and make accurate forecasts. Generating leads, establishing strong client relationships, and nurturing them will be key responsibilities. You will be required to create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding our customer base and increasing the company's global presence. Regular meetings with potential clients are crucial to building lasting relationships tailored to their specific requirements. Your duties will also include recruiting sales representatives, defining objectives, providing training and coaching, and monitoring their performance. Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and devising plans to address them will be essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to establish objectives and track progress effectively. In addition, managing the month-end and year-end close processes will fall within your scope of work. Your role may require prior experience in B2B industrial sales/marketing within domestic and/or international industries, along with a proven track record. Providing product, promotion, and pricing information to customers, addressing their inquiries, and managing client communication effectively will be part of your daily tasks. Producing progress reports within the department and outlining strategies for improvement are vital components of your responsibilities. Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies will be advantageous. Customer service and handling disputes will also be part of your role. Experience in sales of Rubber Reclaim and Crumb Rubber will be given priority. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, decision-making abilities, and effective presentation skills are essential. Flexibility to work unpredictable hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role. The work location is in person.,
