Job Description

· Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. · Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them. · Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts. · Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. · Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach. · Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. · Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance · Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. · Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress · Manage the month-end and year-end close processes. · B 2 B industrial sales / marketing experience to domestic and / or International industries with proven track record. · Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. · Communicate with the client to provide the service according to the client’s needs, cost and time limits. · To produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve. · Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies. · Customer Service and settling disputes handling. · Priority to people having experience of sales of Rubber Reclaim and Crumb Rubber. · Having flare in English verbal / written communication, decision making and presentation skills. · Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. MBA Sales & Marketing preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: Sevenyears: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
