Position: GM – Plant (Operations Head)
Experience: 12–20 years
Salary Range: ₹18–24 LPA
Location: Vadodara
Reporting to: Executive Director / Managing Director

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading plant operations, production planning, cost control, process optimization, and team management to ensure high productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute production plans aligned with targets and quality benchmarks.
• Drive process improvements using lean and cost-effective practices.
• Lead and mentor production teams; ensure performance and discipline.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance norms.
• Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and report plant performance to senior management.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchase, logistics & QA teams.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Industrial/Mechanical/Production or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and production tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Experience:

• 24years: 10 years (Preferred)
