Deputy Manager Sales

1.

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with 8-10 years’ Experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Candidates who have worked with supplies to the Wind Turbine Industry will be preferred.

2.

A)

• Work with identified Potential Customers in the Indian Market.
• Follow-up of LC and Outstanding payments with customers.
• Establish rapport with existing after market customers and take over all sales related interactions and activity.
• Responsible for commercial activities like submitting proforma invoice/Follow-up on LC etc to all customers.
• Participate in commercial discussions

B)

• Receive Purchase orders from customers
• Be a single point contact for customers with relation to sending and receiving commercial information
• Send out Order confirmations and periodically monitor order progress
• Coordinate with customer before shipments

3.

• Should have hands on experience in ERP Systems , preferably 365
• Should have experience working in an ISO 9001 certified company
• Should be good an MS office applications

4.

• Must be a strong team player.
• Must have strong communication skills to interact interdepartmental team members, customers, sub-suppliers.
• Must be able to work independently towards execution of the projects with minimal support.
