The Person will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing high-quality MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

 

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

 

* Develop and maintain periodic MIS reports.

* Consolidate data from multiple systems, departments, and stakeholders.

* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all MIS outputs.

* Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards using  tools like M.S Excel and Power BI.

* Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

 

2. Data Analysis & Insights

 

* Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, variances, and performance issues.

* Provide actionable insights, observations, and recommendations based on data patterns.

* Support to teams in problem solving and decision making through data-driven analysis.

 

3. Presentation

 

* Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior management, meetings, and reviews.

* Present complex data in a simplified, visually appealing format.

* Support leadership in preparing presentations for reviews, client meetings, and strategic updates.

 

4. Power BI / Dashboard Development (Preferred)

 

* Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI .

* Automate reporting using BI tools, reducing manual effort and turnaround time.

* Publish dashboards and ensure data refresh scheduling and performance.

 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

* Work closely with Finance, Operations, Pricing Cell and other internal teams.

* Coordinate with IT or database administrators for data extraction and system requirements.

 

 

Required Skills & Competencies

 

* Strong command in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, complex formulas, data cleaning, Power Query preferred).

* Excellent PowerPoint skills – ability to create polished business presentations.

* Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).

* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.

* Ability to manage large datasets and detailed reporting tasks.

* Ability to work under tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Experience & Qualification

 

* 3–7 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analytics, or data insights roles.

* Experience in healthcare, insurance, operations or finance
