Assistant Manager - Data Analyst

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced analytical models, extracting insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. - Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical dashboards. - Communicate findings through visualizations and presentations. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all analytics processes.

Technical Competencies

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, DataBricks, or GCP,Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker,Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.,Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles. - Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. - Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis. - Experience with SQL and data manipulation. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, DataBricks, or GCP. - Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
